Help & Support
A hand with your account, your plan, or connecting your watch. Start here.
Get in touch
For anything technical (logging in, your training plan, syncing your watch, or your data), email Gareth and you'll get a reply, usually within a day or two.
Email support:
If you're already a coaching client, you can also message Gareth directly inside the platform.
Your account
Your training platform lives at app.fitterat40.co.uk. Sign in there to see your plan, your runs and your progress. Forgotten your password? Use the reset link on the login page, or email us and we'll help.
Connecting your watch and apps
Most watches connect through Strava: link it once from the Strava card on your dashboard and your runs sync in automatically, with no manual logging. Direct COROS and Whoop connections are in beta, so ask me and I'll switch them on.
You're always in control. You can disconnect any service at any time. When you disconnect Strava or COROS, the runs that came from it are removed from the platform; recovery data already synced from Whoop stays on your record unless you ask me to delete it. If you'd rather not connect anything, you can upload a run file or log sessions by hand instead.
Your data and privacy
We only ever use your data to coach you, and we never sell it. What we collect and how we protect it is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for the training platform, the platform privacy notice. To disconnect a service, export your data, or have it deleted, just email gareth@fitterat40.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Common questions
- How do I connect my watch? Sign in at app.fitterat40.co.uk, tap Connect Strava on your dashboard, then Sync now to bring in your recent runs. New runs arrive by themselves after that.
- How do I disconnect? On the same Strava card, choose Disconnect. The runs that came from Strava are then removed from the platform.
- How do I get help quickly? Email gareth@fitterat40.co.uk with what's happening (and a screenshot if you can) and we'll come straight back to you.
